  Bourbon stirred (not shaken) with Aperol, bitters, and a touch of honey–brown sugar syrup. Served over a large ice cube.

• Maple Barrel Smash – $10
  Single barrel whiskey, maple syrup, lemon juice, fresh mint, finished with bacon.

• Blueberry Limoncello Mule – $10
  Limoncello, ginger, fresh-squeezed lime, soda, blueberry-infused syrup, and mint.
