Each quarter, The Goat will host a creative collaboration between Executive Chef Brian McCafferty and a knowledgeable beer, cocktail, wine, and bourbon representative for a dining experience unlike any other.

The series launches at The Goat in Hilliard with Deschutes Brewery on Tuesday, March 22, and includes the following:

First Course | Fried Green Tomatoes
Crispy herb-coated green tomato slices with bacon jam, sriracha aioli, and fresh greens
Mirror Pond Pale Ale, 5.2% ABV/ 40 IBU

Second Course | Taco Trio
Blackened Mahi Mahi, Braised Pork, and Jamaican Jerk Chicken tacos with lettuce, fresh vegetables and sauces served on warm-flour tortillas
Fresh Squeezed IPA, 5.9% ABV/ 55 IBU

Third Course | Roasted Pork Shoulder
Roasted pork shoulder with pickled pepper relish, white cheddar potato hash, and baby spinach
Inversion IPA, 6.8% ABV/ 80 IBU

Fourth Course | Chocolate Bread Pudding
Chocolate bread pudding with Black Butter Porter-soaked cherries and whipped cream
Black Butte Porter, 5.2% ABV/ 30 IBU
